The StarTech.com Dual HDMI Multiport Adapter family lets you add two HDMI displays to a laptop or desktop using a single USB connection. Each adapter includes an integrated host cable and a USB-C to USB-A adapter/dongle for broad USB-C and USB-A compatibility. The adapters are bus-powered and designed for portable use — ideal for business productivity, remote work, travel and boardroom setups requiring extended desktop configurations. Models in this family support 4K and 1080p HDMI output and work with Windows, macOS (including Apple M1/M2 models where supported) and Chrome OS. Some models include additional technologies found in the variants such as DisplayLink-based dual-monitor support, USB Power Delivery pass-through and automatic driver installation. The family offers a compact, convenient solution to expand display options without needing dedicated video ports.
