Each converter offers 1 x Network (RJ-45) and 1 x ST fiber port, converting between 10Base-T/100Base-TX and 100Base-FX to connect remote network segments over a multimode fiber backbone. Devices support auto-switching MDI and MDI-X on the RJ45 UTP connections, manual controls for UTP mode and speed, full and half duplex operation, and Link Fault Pass-Through (LFP) or Link-loss forwarding plus remote monitor status for enhanced link reliability. Units are plug-and-play for easy installation and are available in compact plastic enclosures or durable steel chassis for standalone or rack-mountable deployment.
