APC Smart-UPS X SMX Series 2U Rack/Tower Line-Interactive UPS

The APC Smart-UPS X (SMX) series is a family of 2U rackmount/tower convertible, line-interactive UPS units and compatible external battery packs designed to protect servers, networking equipment and critical IT infrastructure. Common features across the SMX line include an intuitive LCD, sealed lead-acid batteries, automatic voltage regulation (AVR), automatic self-test, cold-start capability and multiple switched outlet groups for granular power management. The series supports external battery packs and hot-swappable/replaceable batteries to extend runtime and reduce Mean Time to Repair. Select models include a preinstalled Network Management Card (NMC) and work with PowerChute Network Shutdown and EcoStruxure IT for centralized monitoring and graceful shutdown of systems. Rack-mounting brackets, tower mounting options and rail kits are provided on applicable configurations to support installation in diverse IT environments.
