MICROSOFT Windows Server 2025 64-bit OEM Core Licenses

MICROSOFT Windows Server 2025 64-bit core-based licenses provide OEM server operating system licensing for both Standard and Datacenter editions. Available in 16-core and 24-core license pack options, the Standard edition targets physical or minimally virtualized environments (providing 2 VMs when all processor cores are licensed), while the Datacenter edition is intended for highly virtualized datacenters and cloud environments (providing unlimited virtual machines). DSP OEI/DVD-ROM OEM packaging ships with an activation key located on the product label (scratch-off area). Client Access Licenses (CALs) are not included; ensure appropriate CALs and any additional core license packs are obtained as required for your server configuration.
